  • Design, develop and support service-oriented applications including Winform applications, web applications and web services used primarily by trading and operations desks.

  • Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering from users (traders, operations, accounting).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with object-oriented programming with C# is required

Requirements:

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge

  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • High School degree

We are looking for experienced Medical Billing Specialists who can work from Monday to Friday, to work from our BPO site. Candidates must have experience with Billing and Cash Posting to be considered.

Main responsibilities include:

 

• Collect and review referrals and pre-authorizations.

• Follow-up on missed payments and resolve financial     

   discrepancies

• Examine patient bills for accuracy and request any

   missing information

• Investigate and appeal denied claims.

• Help patients develop patient payment plans

• Handle confidential information

• Coordinate with respective personnel through

   emails and calls

Requirements:

 

The minimum qualifications for this role are as follows:

• At least 1-year experience as a Medical Biller, Healthcare

   Phone Support or similar role is required

• Read and understand the Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

• Solid understanding of billing software and electronic

   medical records

• Must have the ability to multitask and manage time

   effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Excellent customer service skill

• Excellent English communication skills
